Our light source equipments are being used at many semiconductor suppliers, as a basis light source assembled with a tester to detect defects especially on CCD/CMOS image sensors. They have wide irradiation area and can irradiate high uniform luminous flux.
They have an illumination level precisely setting ability and have a red-green-blue 3 (three) color light filtering function as a standard.
We have simplified versions of light source equipment, many customers have been using them as a low price version.
Main features of our light source equipments are shown as below, but they are only representative features for standards, and it is possible to carry out the individual customized specifications.
- Light source: A halogen lamp 250watts
- Illumination level control: 0.1lux to 2,300lux
- Irradiation area vs. luminous uniformity: Luminous uniformity is ±2.0% at 100*100mm area
- Test efficiency: Good test efficiency for CCD/CMOS because of a wide irradiation area
- Applicable tester: It can be fit to any testers.
